Ahh ... A silver ice metallic, 426 hp 2010 Camaro is right now, at this minute, sitting in our garage. Wait! Don't get excited! It's not ours. MG signed it out for the weekend as part of the GM Ambassador Program. (Meaning, I think, he's supposed to drive it around, show it off and answer lots of questions about the sleek, taut, eye-friendly muscle car.)
According to MG, it goes from 0 to full grin in 5 seconds or less. There's a very satisfying gut-tumbling rumble from the big hairy motor. Curves, dirt roads, traffic lights, Volvos and the such ... forget about 'em! Dust is what they will be dining on today!
Except ... MG is sick. Although breathing is his main goal, a day in bed, sleeping is definitely high on his to-do list today. So the silver ice metallic, 426 hp 2010 Camaro is right now, at this minute, sitting in our garage with nothing to do and no one to impress.
Oh, the iron me.
Maribeth Galligan, I fully expect that you will be taking that car out for a drive today, by yourself! Let it not sit! (Great post, by the way).
